The vision of nursing of the Holy Family Hospital

The nursing administration at the Holy Family Hospital will make sure its vision and goals are preserved, by mobilizing all the human, technological and administrative resources available, including:
Continuous quality recruitment of professional and outstanding nursing staff for the benefit of the hospital departments and units.
Further education of employees that promote work processes and the quality of care in all hospital departments.
Cultivating human capital in nursing professions.
Continuous development that includes the development and advancement of processes, technology and computing, and the expansion of services in accordance with the patients' needs.
Collaboration with the community and organizations that provide service to hospitals.
Participation in the training of the next generation of nursing professionals, and increasing the intake of students in nursing studies and advanced training in various fields.
Ongoing training and team development through internal and external training and encouraging advanced and academic studies.
Introducing new and advanced instruments and equipment that provide high quality treatment, monitoring and diagnostics.
Empowering the nursing staff in diverse areas while maximizing the full functional potential of the nursing staff in accordance with the treatment requirements.
Participation of the nursing staff in various committees for the benefit of promoting the quality and safety of care.

The nursing management consists of a leading academic team, given responsibility to accompany, supervise and promote the nursing staff according to the standard procedures of the Ministry of Health and hospital policy.

Amer Sakran - Head of Nursing Administration at the hospital and is in charge of the quality of nursing care and its management with the nursing staff of about 300 nurses, of which more than 98% are academically qualified nurses, and have advanced degrees and advanced training in nursing.
The nursing staff also includes a team of about 100 assistants, support staff and biotechnicians who are distributed in all departments and units of the hospital.
